1. Contact your Momfluence seller
Message the seller you purchased from, using the same channel you used to pay.
2. Verify it's really you
They'll confirm your identity with your account details and payment reference — we never assume email ownership.
3. Use your one-time reset code
You'll receive a single-use code valid for 30 minutes. Enter it on the reset page to choose a new password.
